Hi! My name is Berit. I am an artist, a photographer, a designer and an avid outdoors enthusiast.
I grew up in Ely, Minnesota, which sits on the border of Canada and the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness. I learned to ski before I turned two, began to ice skate not long after, and knew how to handle a dogsled team by age eight.
In 2016, I graduated from Carleton College with a Bachelor's Degree in Studio Art. Outside of Carleton, I've completed courses in architecture, design and photography. It was through a combination of education and spending my childhood hopping through rock gardens and building tree forts, that I discovered my passion: Landscape Architecture.
I am currently a Master of Landscape Architecture candidate at Cornell University. Post graduate school, I hope to be designing spaces that will sustainably, culturally and aesthetically enhance their places.
If there is anything I can help you with, please get in touch!
